Requirements:

• Experience with clients in the sphere of financial markets (required);
• Experience in Department Retention from 6 months. (desirable);
• Experience in client portfolio;
• Commitment;
• Persistence;
• Communication, cultural and literate speech;
• The ability to explain, to likening, to listen and to gain;
• Competent oral and written speech;
• Stress resistance, perseverance, focus on results.

Responsibilities:

• Work with active customers (inbound, outbound calls);
• Maintain client portfolio;
• Individual work with clients;
• Building long-term relationships;
• The attraction of new investment;
• Implementation of the plan of sales;
• Work on hold;
• Counseling and support for customers.
